Deepwater plaza VIP Club is our loyalty reward system where shoppers are rewarded just for visiting our centre. Each time you visit the centre simply swipe your card in the VIP Machine located in front of Sandwich Stack opposite Franklins. You can swipe up to two times a day, once in the morning before 12 noon and once in the afternoon after 1pm, each time you swipe one VIP point is added to your account. Once you have accumulated enough point to purchase a prize from the showcase, simply redeem your points from the Machine and go to Centre Management to claim your prize. You must be 16 years old or over to become a Deepwater Plaza VIP Club member.

To redeem your point:
1. Touch the green Points Redeem symbol at the top left hand corner of the screen.
2. Swipe your card.
3. Enter your PIN number, everyone's PIN number is 0 to star with, press 0 then Enter You are able to change your PIN at this stage if you wish by touching the change Password button and following the instructions at the top of the calculator on the screen.
4. Your points will be displayed on the right hands side of the screen in red
5. Make sure you touch the clear button to clear the screen

Instructions to redeem your points and claim a prize from the showcase:
1. Go through the same steps 1 to 3 as your do for checking your points.
2. Enter the amounts of points you wish to redeem and press enter. You will then receive your ticket that has your points balance on it and the points you have redeemed.
3. Take your ticket to Centre Management between the hours of 10.30am & 12.30pm on Tuesday or Friday only. Prizes will not be issued out of these hours.
