Parents Facilities
Our parent's room is first class. We have provided toilet facilities, a microwave, chairs, television and a baby change facilities within a friendly and pleasant environment.
Our parent's room is open during trading hours.
Because we know it's hard for parents with prams, we have provided a number of parents with prams parking bays outside the Coles entrance and Main entrance to the shopping Centre. These parking bays are conveniently located close to the entrance and are parent friendly.
Disabled Persons Assistance
Deepwater Plaza offer a complimentary wheelchair service simply ring prior to arriving at Deepwater Plaza and book your desired time in on (02) 4379 9999 and we can reserve one for your convenience.
Deepwater Plaza also provides a large and convenient Disabled bathroom. Our Disabled bathrooms like our general bathrooms are clean and tidy and easily accessible to customers.
Security
Friendly Security staff are on hand to make your shopping experience a more pleasurable one. If you require the assistance of the security staff please go to any store in the centre or Centre Management for assistance.
Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located through the Centre. If you find any restrooms unacceptable please contact Centre Management or our Cleaning Staff.
